We provide one double room at a hotel from June 27 to June 29. Do you need a hotel room?
This year, we are accommodating participants at Azimut Hotel (Lermontovsky Ave., 43/1). If you need an additional room or would like to extend your stay beyond what we provide, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
TAPLIST

Please specify 6 beers you have chosen for the festival (1 beer = 1 keg = 20L).

Participation rules:
• At least 3 of the 6 beers must be premieres (mark them in the form). A premiere beer = first check-ins on Untappd on the festival day.
• At least 1 of the 6 beers must be strong (≥9%) and at least 3 must be light (≤5%).
‘Brewer’s home task’ for participants in 2025 — everyone must brew a lager in all diversity of its styles and sub-styles.

If you haven’t finalized some of your selections yet, enter TBA (to be announced) in this field.

Key deadlines:
• May 28 – final beer list: styles and specifications (names can be adjusted later).
• June 15 – all beer must be delivered to our warehouse.

Please note that pouring unlisted and non-approved beverages is strictly prohibited at the festival. This applies especially to drinks from categories other than beer, beer-based beverages, and cider. Any unauthorized serving may result in removal from the festival and the return of all undispensed festival beer without compensation.
EQUIPMENT

What type of fitting will you need? Select up to two options.
If your technical requirements change (e.g., a beer that was planned for kegs will be in bottles instead), please inform us as soon as possible. This will help us update our records in time, avoid complications, and ensure a better festival experience for you.
MERCH

As always, we will organize a centralized merch area and need to understand in advance how many participants plan to bring merch and in what quantities. Please note that selling merch at your own booth is not allowed.

Important: we only accept merch together with the beer delivery. Please keep this in mind when planning production and respect our time and resources in the lead-up to the festival.
Would you like to sell merch at the festival?
FYI: we accept no more than 10 units per item type (e.g., 10 of the same t-shirt design, 10 pins, 10 glasses, etc.). Also, note that we do not sell food products (e.g., sauces).
